Stinky Urine After A Epsom Salt Bath Stinky Cat???

Stinky cat??? - stinky urine after a epsom salt bath

I recently had my cat neutered and said the vet, I would expect that stinky for a few days. It has the smell of cat urine in the following. Who knows how long? In addition, I intend to appeal and ask the vet Monday, but just to get an idea .... How long after gelding a bath you can? The smell is unbearable!

The smell gradually reduce male hormones, such as the setting of the system. Wait improving every day, but it can stabilize 10 days to 2 weeks. You can give a sponge bath, but he can not bathe for a week after its neutral, as the incisions heal, to. What do they want the smell of (strong) urine - the bathroom is not much help.

Depends. I live in the UK and wonder if the method of castration is different, because over the years I have at least a hundred, I'm Tom's case, wild cats and the host, and whether to keep until they return home.
However, if I had cats, after Op. Smells in the morning, I sponge is the area with an odor of flannel, with a bowl of water with a drop of oil in patchouli Patchouli is a natural antiseptic that feels good in a hippie way and is certainly better than cat pee!

Cats are generally very clean animals, so even the smell of antiseptics is out of your cat will again begin the cleaning process.
Once hes more mobile, it is easier to clean for him. I've never had my cats bath when they castrated CUS always clean as possible

I've been around many cats at the time because I have volunteer work with several rescue groups here in New York. One of the first things that bring her rescue when she is a man on the street, he was castrated. I never, never, never known, never, or a cat with a smell more because he was one neutered.

But if we are talking about the pungent smell around the male hormone that is particularly strong in the urine, each man under all circumstances, from gradually over the next two weeks because their testosterone levels drop by surgery.

If this guy sucks a result of an operation, you should really call another vet and get a second opinion. For next week you need to a newspaper that THe shredder and into the sand bed instead of garbage, newspapers, because it is sterile. You need to change every day. This will help prevent infection by the funky, contaminated waste from the entrance to all open incision. And if you really, really bad smell, call a tyrant and see what they suggest. In the interest of peace and the quality of life, you want to pay for professional care and bathing, to sweeten just this one time.

But if your vet says the smell particularly bad, it is the result of the operation, I would get a second opinion. And if he says you can not clean the animal, because of the operation, I would get a second opinion on this too. It is simply common sense that a bad smell is a sign of bacterial activity and pExposed to EE, and can not be good for a cat with small incisions. I'm not really a joke to see a cat groomer. Even if you have not prepared, professional, May not know what can and contribute to the restoration of health Chaparral.

Good luck.

You must wait about 2 weeks to give him a bath.

Although the only thing I remember is the smell of disinfectant. and he went after a few days.
